  • Five-story office building framed with conventionally reinforced, cast-in-place concrete and has a two-story cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete parking structure connected by two pedestrian bridges.

  • Main building features include a full-height, curved, architecturally exposed concrete wall for the main entrance and architecturally exposed concrete beams and columns throughout each building facade.

  • Columns at the roof level are recessed from the perimeter and are supported on transfer girders.

  • This allows for an exterior terrace around the perimeter of the fifth floor.

  • Parking deck configuration and requirement to eliminate expansion joints required special analysis for thermal effects and pour strips to allow for elastic shortening after the stressing of the post-tensioning tendons.
