- Columns at the roof level are recessed from the perimeter and are supported on transfer girders.
- This allows for an exterior terrace around the perimeter of the fifth floor.
- Parking deck configuration and requirement to eliminate expansion joints required special analysis for thermal effects and pour strips to allow for elastic shortening after the stressing of the post-tensioning tendons.
