- This project consists of a three story, 10,400 square foot education building adjacent to the main church building.
- The main church building was under construction and required considerable coordination with the new addition.
- The construction for the addition is a light gauge trussed roof supported by load bearing masonry walls.
- The second and third floor construction consists of steel bar joists also supported on load bearing masonry walls.
- The foundations are conventional shallow foundations.
- Phase III
- This two-story, 8400 square foot education building addition is adjacent to the Phase II building.
- The structural framing system is a light gauge trussed roof supported by load bearing masonry walls.
- The floor construction consists of steel bar joists also supported on load bearing masonry walls.
- The foundations are conventional shallow foundations.
- Phase IV
- This project consists of the design of 13,040 square foot student center and gymnasium.
- The student center will consist of a two story facility including classrooms.
- The construction of the gymnasium consists of long-span steel joists supported by load bearing masonry walls.
- The construction of the student center consists of prefabricated wood roof trusses and parallel chord wood floor trusses supported by load-bearing wood framed walls.
- The foundations are conventional shallow foundations.
