Tucker-Jones Engineers Associated, P.C. is committed to providing Building Information Modeling (BIM) as an option to our clients for faster, better designs through Integrated Project Delivery.  We utilize REVIT as the primary BIM software and this application allows the sharing of information among Engineers, Architects, Owners, Contractors and Facility Managers.

Our office has successfully completed numerous projects utilizing this method of delivery. Our experience has proven that this process allows the building design to be more accurate through the coordination of the project models, sharing of information and the use of clash detection. As the project moves into construction, the model can be utilized by the Contractor for coordination and resolving issues before the construction process begins. This process has proven to minimize errors, and reduce the number of RFI’s and change orders on a project.
