  • The construction consists of a composite steel floor system.

  • The roof system utilizes steel roof joists and girders supported by steel columns and load bearing CMU walls.

  • Reinforced masonry shear walls and structural steel bracing comprise the lateral force resisting system.

  • Also included was the foundation design for a large Ferris wheel as well as an 80 foot tall tower which houses two 20 foot wide LCD screens.
