Our firm has extensive experience in working with contractors using the design-build project delivery method.  This approach allows the designers and contractor to work collaboratively as a team providing unified recommendations to the Owner.  The design-build methodology allows the designers and contractor to provide the most economical solution while constructing the project using a fast-track delivery method.  The team can work from beginning to end in a joint effort to minimize cost and streamline the construction process.  Our firm is able to use our experience and creativity to develop an economical structural design while delivering the product in a timely manner.  This allows for timely procurement of materials and commencement of construction during the design phase.  Our experience using the design-build delivery method includes projects with Mercedes-Benz and General Electric among others.
